On today’s “Friday Focus”, I wanted to give a special shout out to some other local businesses and affiliations that have helped us out or have provided services to us.  These businesses and people make things easier for us here at Frosty Meadow Farms.  Please remember them if you happen to have a need for their products or services!

Stonyridge Veterinary Services, Dr. Kelley Young, Troy Ohio

  • Dr. Young and Stonyridge Veterinary Services have helped us throughout our existence.   We rely on them for our Husky physicals, puppy litter wellness checks, emergency visits, and many other situations.  Most importantly, it was Dr. Young who performed the surgery on Chance, saving his life.  Regularly, we bring Chance in just for a visit.  He is the hit of the office, and everyone there knows him very well!

Kirby’s Meat Market, Outside Greenville, Ohio 937-548-1907

  • Gary Kirby, and Kirby’s Meat Market has been our butcher for several years.  As a family, we regularly have Gary and his team process our orders of beef and pork.  For Frosty Meadow Farms, they have been vital to us by providing nutritious beef liver, heart, and tongue for our Huskies to enjoy.  Specifically during times of pregnancy and lactation, the nutrition provided by these quality meats helps ensure healthy puppies, as well as healthy mothers.  The mothers especially need a lot of nutrition to keep up with milk production.  Beyond that, all the Huskies enjoy these meats as a treat!

American Kennel Club (AKC)

  • While we do have a line of non-registered puppies, most of our Huskies are AKC registered.  The American Kennel Club has very stringent records that ensure your Husky is a purebred, dating back to its inception.  We support their efforts, and hope all new puppy owners who buy the AKC pedigree, register them.

  • Terry’s artistic ability speaks for itself.  By visiting his website, you can see the numerous examples of his art.  In our case specifically, Terry is very talented in animal art.  Terry has drawn lifelike portraits of Huskies.  The Husky shown here is Pablo.  Pablo was from Holly and Denali’s litter from 2011.  This same photo is displayed on his website and is only a small portion of his portfolio.
