·         Not much activity today.  Getting ready for the big snow storm.  Right now, it is a cold rain, to the point of a very good soaking.  Makes for a very sloppy premises. 

·          I was out in the barn for a period of time, and let some of the dogs out to keep me company.  Of course I have to close up the barn entirely, make sure the cats are out, and the chickens are in their pen.  Holly, Daisie, Aleu, Kallen, and Miya all joined me at different times.  Usually no more than two at a time, because they are VERY curious, and get into everything.  

·         I also need to keep them from getting near Aria’s stall.  Aria is our other horse.   She seems disturbed that Dan is no longer next to her.  L

·         I cannot sit for even a minute, unless I want Daisie on my lap.  She REALLY wants to be a lapdog!

·         That is one thing about Nadia that she takes after Daisie.  The desire to be a lapdog.

·         Dogs will be excited about the snow on Wednesday.  I will let them out after trudging home from work. 

·         I have to board up all the windows for tonight, but after the snow, I will open them back up.  Sounds like a nice warm up afterward. 

·         Nadia and Akira needed baths after today.  Very sloppy outside and even letting them out for a little bit and they are covered.
