This past weekend, (June 2nd) we had our annual hog roast.  For the average Siberian Husky this means best day ever because it means oodles and oodles of scraps and leftovers!  Here at Frosty Meadow Farms it was no different.  The roaster was cooking right outside their play area, and of course they spent a lot of time sitting and drooling.  They were not disappointed.  There was certainly enough to go around, and it was heaven on earth to them!

Meanwhile, on the puppy front, it is setting up to be an active late summer/early fall.  While it is too early to tell, we believe both Miya and Holly to be pregnant.  (Miya's litter will be AKC) Miya is due mid July, and Holly at the end of July.  In addition, Aleu and Sophie are both on the schedule as well!  The issue with them is whether or not their pregnancies take.  In the past, they have not.  They have both had false pregnancies last time out.  This will be the last attempt for both if it fails.  We will retire them.  Both are young and healthy, but some are just not cut out to be mothers.
