Miya’s puppies are 8 weeks old today! One by one, they are heading to their new
homes. This litter was our 15th litter,
and it contained our 100th puppy sold! Thanks to the new puppy owners, and also all
that have purchased our puppies over the years.
It’s truly been a pleasure serving you!
Still no word on whether or not Miya or Rose will be having
puppies this year. We will certainly be
keeping an eye on the situation. Beyond
that, Daisie is next in line, and we anticipate a litter from her early next
year.
Time to focus on Fall projects. This year, we focus on putting plexi-glass in
the barn windows to protect the stalls from the winter elements, getting out
the electric buckets, start wiring outlets in the barn, begin construction of
the horse lean-to, and of course the annual cleaning of the barn and garage.
One other fall/winter project is turkey stalls on the east
end of the barn. Yes…TURKEY stalls! We are trying our hand at turkeys for the
fair next year. We purchase them next
February, 15 in all. Wish us luck!!
