Lula

Lula came back to us in February of 2015.  Along with Czar, she was a puppy purchased from us about a year prior.  Their previous owners were no longer able to care for them due to health conditions.  We know it was a sad day for them, but they felt that it was in the best interest of Lula and Czar to come back to us.  They fit in well from the start.  They both became our son Zach's dogs, and sleep with him in his room every night.   While Czar was fixed by his original owners, Lula remains intact to this day.  She had her first litter of puppies in November of 2015.  Lula also became an integral part of Zach's school FFA Project.  He was tasked with creating a home business and tracking all income, expenses, and other information required for the project.  Each year, he will do this and the proceeds earned from Lula's puppies will go toward his college education.  So far, it's been a great project for him to learn the true work involved behind the scenes, as well as the expenses involved.

Lula has a fun loving and easy going personality.  She likes the water and often goes in the kiddie pool.  She also likes the comforts of being an inside dog, and when told to go outside she will usually walk very slowly toward the door in hopes that we will change our mind.  Lula has a special bond with Czar, and tends to play with him more than the others.

Update 2017:  We decided that Lula shouldn't have any more puppies due to complications, and she is now spayed and retired.  She is now living out her years here at the farm as a pet.
